Candace Munzing, DVM
Dr. Candace Munzing was raised in Southwestern Virginia (Roanoke Area) for most of her childhood. She graduated from William & Mary in 2008. Candace earned her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2012 from Virginia Maryland Regional College of Vet Med.
She proceeded to practice in Pennsylvania for 8 years prior to returning home to Virginia.
Candace is currently a fur-mom to three cats named Wade, Loki, and Zuko. She enjoys spending free time with her Husband, Daniel. She is newly married as of October 2023! Some of her hobbies include going to musicals, playing video games, and watching reality television (especially with her sister).
Some of her special areas of interest in veterinary medicine include soft tissue surgeries, ophthalmology, and parasitology, but she enjoys all aspects of small animal veterinary medicine.
